- 8 ounces lump crab meat or crab substitute
- 2 TBS of Light Mayo (You may choose to add up to 3)
- 1 TSP finely grated lemon zest (optional)
- 2 TSP freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 TSP Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 TSP such as Tabasco
(no old Bay-mix salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder & pepper to taste)
Mix ingredients together and serve chilled atop a bed of butter lettuce or serve with crackers.
Trophy tip: I had a few crackers paying attention to serving size, the type I used was 35 calories for 4 crackers. (It can add up)
